At Hotel Sant Celoni we continue improving our services to offer you a more comfortable, agile and adapted stay to new needs.
Our intelligent reception system combines on-site attention with digital assistance, allowing you to access the hotel and manage your stay in a simple and secure way, even outside the usual reception hours.
How the reception works

Reception hours with staff
On-site reception attention is available during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 7:00 to 15:00
Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 9:00 to 15:00
Outside these hours, the hotel continues to operate normally through our autonomous access system and digital assistance.
Out-of-hours service
When the on-site reception is closed, we remain at your service through different channels:
• New bookings: directly through our website.
• Booking enquiries: contact our automated WhatsApp assistant.
• During your stay: also via WhatsApp; urgent incidents are handled by our human team as a priority.

• 24h emergencies: you will find the contact number in your room.
Mandatory online check-in
To ensure quick and autonomous access to the hotel, it is essential to complete the online check-in before arrival, through the link you will receive by email.
This step is necessary to generate and activate your personal access codes to the room. We recommend doing it in advance to avoid waiting and ensure a smooth entry to the hotel.
Access to the rooms
Access to the hotel and rooms is done by means of a personal numeric code followed by the # key, allowing you to enter in a simple, secure and autonomous way during your stay.
This same code is valid both for the main entrance and your room, and will be active:
• From 15:00 on the day of arrival (check-in)
• Until 12:00 on the day of departure (check-out)
To access the main entrance, enter your code on the keypad located to the left of the entrance, followed by #. For the room, use the touch keypad on the lock.
• Rooms starting with 1 → first floor.
• Rooms starting with 2 → second floor.
Each code is unique, personal and non-transferable, and is automatically deactivated at the end of the stay, guaranteeing maximum security and access control.

If you have any question about an existing booking, you can contact our automated WhatsApp assistant at any time, ready to help you quickly and easily.
If you need assistance during your stay, you can also contact us via WhatsApp. If it is an emergency or important incident, our system will put you in touch with the appropriate staff.
